**Job Description:** We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **RPA Developer** with strong expertise in the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software development projects, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills. **Responsibilities** \Develop end-to-end automations using **Power Automate**, integrating systems and creating robust, scalable workflows; \Create and enhance **Power Apps** (Canvas/Model Driven) for process digitization and low-code solution development; \Build dashboards and analytical reports in **Power BI** to support decision-making; \Conduct functional analysis, gather requirements, and map business processes with operational teams; \Develop scripts and complementary components using **Python** to extend workflow automation; \Manage the complete RPA lifecycle: documentation, development, testing, deployment, governance, and support; \Perform integrations between applications, databases, APIs, and legacy systems; \Maintain and prioritize the automation backlog, ensuring consistent delivery aligned with business needs; \Identify improvement opportunities and propose technical solutions to increase operational efficiency; \Ensure best practices in versioning, security, governance, and standardization of automations. **Requirements:** \Solid experience in **RPA** using **Power Platform** (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI); \Experience with **Python** for complementary automations, data manipulation, and integration; \Experience in **requirements gathering**, process mapping, and technical documentation; \Knowledge of API integrations, connectors, databases, and the **Office 365** ecosystem; \Ability to manage backlogs, organize requests, and operate with a strategic view of automation; \Strong collaboration skills, effective communication across departments, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. **Desirable** \Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism); \Knowledge of SQL, Azure, or API-oriented development; \Experience in creating forms, advanced flows, and enterprise applications; \Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, or similar); \Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Food allowance; Health and dental plan – Bradesco; Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge exchanges, and discussions related to our business.
