Position: Quality Control Analyst Key Responsibilities: Process mapping and standardization; Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives; Development of analytical reports and performance dashboards; Training and development of operational teams; Execution and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions to ensure quality and compliance. Mandatory Requirements: Prior experience in quality control, auditing, or quality management, preferably within logistics operations; Experience with indicator analysis, report preparation, and incident tracking; Ability to collaborate effectively with operational departments; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills and attention to detail. Academic Qualifications: Completed undergraduate degree (related fields are considered an advantage).
