This experience enables us to add significant value to the contracts we manage, as we deeply understand the challenges and problems faced by public institutions across Brazil, and through knowledge exchange and sharing—having participated in numerous successful projects nationwide. **Responsibilities and Duties:** ------------------------------------ * Analyze relational databases, focusing on Oracle and PostgreSQL environments. * Perform creation, configuration, and maintenance of database instances. * Design, implement, and maintain data structures (schemas, tables, indexes, views, procedures, and functions). * Participate in data migration projects, including planning, execution, validation, and post-migration tuning. * Monitor database performance, performing query and structural analysis and optimization. * Ensure data integrity, availability, and security. * Support development teams in data modeling and best practices for data access. * Act as the technical interface with clients’ database teams, facilitating alignment, troubleshooting, and integrations. * Support definition of data architecture and scalability strategies. * Document database administration environments, routines, and processes. * Participate in agile ceremonies, where applicable, contributing to alignment among teams and stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Proven experience as a DBA or equivalent role. * Solid knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL. * Practical experience developing and maintaining procedures, functions, and views. * Practical experience in relational data modeling. * Experience in data migration between different environments and/or technologies. * Knowledge of database tuning and performance optimization. * Experience with access control, security, and backup/restore operations. * Ability to act consultatively with clients and other technical teams. * Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients’ database teams. * Experience in technical documentation and delivery evidence recording. * Desired: Knowledge of projects targeting the public sector. * Desired: Experience in software factory environments. **Additional Information:** --------------------------- * Contract type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) * Work mode: Remote * Involvement in strategic projects with high-volume data * Collaborative environment with direct client interaction
