Job Summary: Support the structuring and organization of processes and projects, focusing on continuous improvement, automation, and data analysis, with emphasis on AML/CTF and risk management. Support for affiliated cooperatives and audits. **Job Description:** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Support the structuring and organization of departmental processes and projects, focusing on continuous improvement—particularly in automation and data analysis initiatives. Assist in identifying, mapping, and evaluating risks and controls. Monitor processes, vulnerabilities, and business rules related to AML/CTF. Support the analysis of incidents and alerts generated by the AML/CTF monitoring system. Support customer due diligence (KYC – Know Your Customer) and update information as needed. Maintain updated controls and records (documents, evidence, spreadsheets, and systems). Support departments in responding to audits and regulatory inspections, per departmental guidance. Support internal control agents of affiliated cooperatives in AML/CTF routines. Support the development and updating of departmental policies, standards, and procedures.
