As part of Operations, the selected candidate will play a key role in optimizing driver experience, analyzing user behavior, and identifying improvement opportunities. This role requires a practical approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to identify efficiency gains and drive continuous improvement. Role Responsibilities: Process and product improvement: intentionally contribute to building and improving data structures; Innovation and problem solving: identify new opportunities and propose data-based solutions to increase efficiency and optimize acquisition channels; Data-driven decision making: leverage internal and external data to support business growth; Engagement and optimization: develop strategies to enhance driver experience and engagement, ensuring marketplace efficiency; Role Qualifications: ### **Required (Hard Skills)** * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields with a strong analytical focus. * **Technical Proficiency:** Solid ability to manipulate and analyze data using **SQL and Python** (technical assessment required). * **Languages:** **Advanced English**, fluent in technical reading, writing, and active participation in meetings. * **Location:** Availability to work in a **hybrid model** at our São Paulo - SP office. ### **Preferred Qualifications and Soft Skills** * **Assertive Communication (Essential):** Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse stakeholders.
