Maintain, update, and verify Excel spreadsheets, keeping data organized and reliable. Provide customer service (in-person, by phone, or digitally), delivering information courteously, clearly, and promptly. Perform spelling and grammatical review and correction of reports, documents, and internal communications, ensuring textual quality and standardization. Organize physical and digital documents, safeguarding confidentiality and integrity of information. Support other administrative tasks as required by the department. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
