Description
Responsible for procurement activities and related controls, as well as for identifying and qualifying new suppliers.
For registering data in the ERP system, as well as negotiating and closing procurement processes, in accordance with the company's policy definitions.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Analyze and fulfill direct and/or indirect procurement demands through requisitions and MRP, ensuring appropriate stock levels and meeting internal needs.
* Conduct negotiations with domestic suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms (cost, delivery time, quality, and payment conditions).
* Develop, evaluate, and approve new suppliers, contributing to competitiveness and risk reduction.
* Manage the end-to-end procurement process: demand analysis, quotation, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and follow-up through final delivery.
* Update price tables and analyze cost variations to support identification of savings opportunities.
* Monitor return processes and ensure interface coordination with suppliers and internal departments.
* Participate in supplier visits and alignment meetings, as required.
* Support performance indicator analysis (lead time, savings, service level).
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or related areas.
* Knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation, and supplier management.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency (data analysis, control, and tracking).
