Supervise, coordinate, and provide technical guidance for Occupational Engineering and Safety services, analyzing workplace safety conditions, facilities, and equipment; plan and implement risk control measures; conduct inspections, evaluations, and expert assessments; arbitrate, issue technical opinions and reports, and propose occupational safety policies, programs, and standards to ensure employees' health and physical integrity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze workplace safety conditions, facilities, and equipment, identifying issues related to risk control, occupational hygiene, ergonomics, and fire protection, and recommend corrective measures; * Develop and update data on risk control management techniques to support the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA); * Issue technical opinions and reports based on inspections conducted, indicating control measures for exposure levels to physical, chemical, and biological hazardous agents, characterizing unhealthy and dangerous activities, operations, and locations, with the aim of recommending normalization measures and identifying requirements for specific expert reports; * Complete the "Professional Occupational Profile" (PPP) form or INSS-MPAS DIRBEN 8030, using the Individual Technical Report for Special Retirement Purposes, and provide it to requesting employees; * Monitor inspection schedules for pressure vessels and technical reports for lightning protection systems and electrical installations; * Jointly analyze with the team occupational risks, work-related accidents, and process failures, investigating root causes and proposing preventive and corrective actions to relevant departments; * Design and jointly oversee, with the SESMT team, fire protection systems, and develop emergency and area evacuation plans; * Jointly inspect, with the SESMT team, collective protective systems, personal protective equipment, and fire protection systems, ensuring their quality and effectiveness; * Provide input on the procurement of substances and equipment whose handling, storage, transportation, operation, and disposal may pose accident risks, verifying with other stakeholders actions that prevent accidents; * Collaborate with the SESMT team, Hospital Infection Control, and other involved departments in developing and delivering training on accident prevention and biosafety, tailored to activity-specific needs, and monitor implementation with the respective department; * Jointly monitor, with the SESMT team, water sampling for potability and hemodialysis parameter analyses, receive test results, and forward findings to competent departments for necessary action. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety is desirable; Knowledge of Waste Management, Labor Legislation, and basic computer skills. * The **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility in its headquarters city, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925 of 03/04/1966, No. 40\.103 of 05/17/1962, and No. 8\.911 of 07/30/1970\. The CRLM\-SJC aims to enable people with physical disabilities to participate fully in society by supporting the development of their skills and potential. Services are primarily intended for patients with spinal cord injuries, amputations, physical and cognitive sequelae from traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, and acquired brain injury—with dysfunction or interruption of limb movement (upper limbs, lower limbs, or both)—and with severe mobility restrictions. Therapeutic care is delivered by a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation specialists, including: a physiatrist, social worker, physical educator, nurse, physical therapist, speech-language pathologist, nutritionist, psychologist, and occupational therapist. This multidisciplinary context promotes maximum functional potential for people with disabilities, with the primary treatment goal being enhanced functional capacity, independence, autonomy, and quality of life.
