Present in multiple markets and businesses—including Hygiene and Cleaning, Foundry, Agriculture, Animal Nutrition, and others—we strive to consistently deliver the best and most innovative experiences to our customers. **Responsibilities and duties** Responsibilities and duties: * Support activities of the Quality and Environmental Management System, ensuring compliance with standards, internal procedures, and legal requirements. * Assist in problem investigation using quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram, and PDCA cycle). * Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs). * Provide support during internal and external audits. * Manage and control documentation for the Quality and Environmental Management System. Deliver training related to Quality and Environment, ensuring dissemination of best practices and compliance with standards. * **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Engineering, Administration, or related fields). * Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram, and PDCA cycle). * Prior experience (internship or academic activities) in quality or industrial processes is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential. **Additional information** **We offer you:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Cafeteria * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Christmas kit * Meal allowance We believe in healthy nonconformity.
