Job Summary: Lead end-to-end data analytics projects, develop dashboards and reports, conduct complex analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Complex analyses to identify trends and opportunities Requirements: * Advanced Excel * Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, * Statistics, Economics, Management, or related disciplines; * Proven experience as a Data Analyst; * Experience leading data analytics projects. * Prior experience in transportation and logistics companies is a plus. Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end data analytics projects, from requirement definition to results presentation; * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor KPIs and business metrics; * Conduct complex analyses to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities across various business areas, such as operations and commercial; * Apply feasibility and cost analysis techniques, including ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and financial projections, to support project and initiative evaluations; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective data solutions; * Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular validations and audits; * Present insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and methodologies.
