Responsibilities: * Process and control accounts payable routines * Verify invoices, bills, and other documents prior to payment scheduling * Record documents in the ERP system (e.g., SAP) * Schedule payments (TED, PIX, bank slips, and bank transfers) * Monitor upcoming and overdue receivables, ensuring timely fulfillment * Support Procurement and Tax departments in payment-related processes * Prepare financial reports and internal controls Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Prior experience in accounts payable routines * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in industrial or corporate environments * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred) If you are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, this position is for you.
