Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for leading financial processes, conducting analyses, managing accounts, and developing financial models to optimize processes and generate reports. Key Highlights: 1. Lead financial closing, forecasting, and annual budgeting 2. Conduct variance analysis and provide management insights 3. Manage accounts receivable and payable and optimize processes **Your typical day will include:** * Leading monthly financial closing processes, ongoing forecasting, and annual budget development * Performing variance analysis comparing actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends, and providing insights to management * Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including collections and provisioning processes * Developing and maintaining financial models to support business planning and decision-making * Identifying process optimization opportunities and supporting technology-driven automation initiatives * Creating reports and dashboards for business stakeholders * Monitoring and supporting cost control and expense reduction initiatives **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Prior experience in finance, preferably in real estate, facility management, or professional services * Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills * Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools * Knowledge of Brazilian tax and fiscal regulations * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Advanced Spanish **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with automation tools and financial technologies * Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard development * Advanced English Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Meal/food allowance (flexible) * WellHub * Childcare allowance
