Analytical profile with a strong owner mindset and execution capability **Head of Finance** Florianópolis – SC \| Hybrid model Wiser Educação Investment We are looking for a Head of Finance to lead the finance area of a Wiser Educação portfolio company in Florianópolis (SC), reporting directly to the partners. **Key Responsibilities:** * Full management of the finance function (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Accounting, and Financial Planning); * Leadership of a lean team, promoting organization, efficiency, and high performance; * Cash flow management, budgeting, and performance monitoring; * Responsibility for payroll processing; * Liaison and coordination with external auditors (Big Four); * Strategic involvement with partners, supporting business decisions and growth. **Desired Profile:** * Solid experience in finance, with broad vision and strong execution capability; * Prior experience in people management; * Experience with external audits; experience at a Big Four firm is desirable; * Organized, analytical, hands-on profile with a strong owner mindset; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with leadership and stakeholders. **What We Offer:** * Work Model: Hybrid. * Competitive salary. * Weekly working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week). * Unimed Health Plan with no copayment. * Ifood Beneficios Flexible Benefit: R$ 30.00/day, with no deductions. * National SESC Agreement. * Wellhub (formerly Gympass). * Starbem. * Birthday day-off. * Free access to the Aprova Total platform for first-degree relatives. * A friendly, results-driven work environment! **We seek someone who combines strategic vision with operational capability and who wishes to grow alongside the business.**
