Job Summary: The professional will work in the tax area, performing entries, document verifications, and assisting in tax calculations and ancillary obligations, seeking continuous improvement. Teamwork and monitoring of tax legislation. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in **Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields**; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of **fiscal and tax legislation**; * Prior experience in the tax area (preferably in retail or trading companies); * Knowledge of **issuance and verification of fiscal invoices (NF\-e/NFC\-e)**; * Knowledge of **tax calculation (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, and withholdings)**; * Knowledge of **input and output of fiscal documents**; * Basic/intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office, especially Excel**; * Organization, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. ### **Job Responsibilities** * Perform entries and verifications of fiscal documents; * Verify input and output fiscal invoices; * Support the calculation of municipal, state, and federal taxes; * Perform verification of taxes and withholdings; * Assist in the submission of ancillary obligations; * Support internal requests and audits; * Control fiscal files and documents; * Monitor updates to tax legislation. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with retail-sector companies; * Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS, SAP, Protheus, etc.); * Knowledge of **SPED Fiscal, EFD\-Contribuições, DCTFWeb, and other ancillary obligations**; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Experience handling high volumes of fiscal documents. ### **Desired Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity; * Ability to learn quickly; * Good communication skills; * Organization and discipline; * Analytical ability; * Responsibility and commitment; * Teamwork. **Suggested Experience:** 1–2 years in the tax area (Junior level).
