We seek a candidate with solid technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and enthusiasm for performing clients' accounting closings, supporting ancillary filings, and providing reliable information for sounder decision-making. They actively contribute to building more organized, intelligent, and client-valuable accounting practices. **What You’ll Find at LGA** * Welcoming, technical, and collaborative environment * Career development plan with real advancement opportunities * Ongoing training and professional development * Participation in relevant and challenging projects * Exposure to import and trade companies, as well as complex tax-accounting routines * Recognition of performance and autonomy with responsibility **Main Responsibilities** * Perform accounting entries, classification, and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts * Execute monthly accounting closings, including verification of balances, accruals, expenses, revenues, and integrations * Prepare trial balances, balance sheets, income statements (DRE), and support preparation of other accounting statements and reports * Support calculation of IRPJ and CSLL for companies under Real Profit and Presumed Profit regimes * Handle ancillary accounting and tax-accounting submissions such as ECD, ECF, and DCTFWeb/MIT, plus interface with events and information that now replace the former DIRF, according to the company’s internal structure. inconsistencies, propose corrections, and support improvement of accounting processes * Provide technical guidance and advisory services to clients regarding daily accounting and tax routines * Support junior assistants and analysts in executing and reviewing routines * Monitor legal and regulatory updates applicable to accounting and tax areas **Requirements** * Completed degree in Accounting Sciences; * Prior experience in the accounting field; * Experience working with companies under Real Profit and Presumed Profit regimes; * Knowledge of accounting closings, reconciliations, and financial statements; * Proficiency in interpreting accounting and tax legislation; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Questor software; * Experience with import and trade companies; * Knowledge of system configuration, integrations, and accounting data cleansing; * Organized, analytical profile with strong client communication skills. **What We Expect From You** We seek someone with solid technical expertise, attention to detail, and maturity to independently manage routines while maintaining priority awareness and commitment to deadlines and quality.
