As market leaders in urban mobility in Brazil, we seek professionals aligned with our values—who foster an excellent working environment for colleagues and deliver exceptional service to customers. **Senior Construction Project Analyst** ====================================== #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Support and oversee **New Installation (NI)** and **Modernization (MOD)** projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, scope, and established quality standards. * Monitor project financial performance by tracking **Profit & Loss (P\&L)** indicators and supporting decision-making for results optimization. * Support the transition of units into the **Existing Installations (IE)** portfolio, ensuring smooth operational continuity. * Conduct risk analyses and identify opportunities for improvement and commercial expansion during project execution. * Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and obligations agreed upon with customers and suppliers throughout the entire project lifecycle. * Guarantee that project execution aligns with the commercially sold technical solution, validating deliverables and customer-agreed requirements. * Monitor application and compliance with **Fulfillment\+** processes, promoting alignment with corporate guidelines across all project phases. * Provide technical and operational support to the Sales department during proposal development, contributing to the feasibility and accuracy of offered solutions. * Monitor and contribute to achieving profitability targets (**PPG**) for projects under your responsibility. * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers across various specialties—in partnership with the Procurement department—to ensure quality, competitiveness, and efficiency in project execution. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators, delivering relevant information for stakeholder monitoring and decision-making. * Promote communication among customers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring alignment, transparency, and fluidity in project execution. #### **What Are the Requirements?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferably with knowledge of the construction industry). * Experience in project management. * Process discipline. * CAD knowledge (desirable). * English language proficiency (desirable). * Residency in the Curitiba \- PR region or nearby areas. #### **What Do You Gain From This?** * Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Private Pension Plan and Credit Cooperative; * Meal Allowance (with option for partial conversion to Food Allowance) or On-site Restaurant—depending on location; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Insurance, Dental Assistance, Pharmacy Assistance; * Life and Personal Accident Insurance; * Eleve\-se (support and assistance from specialized professionals in Psychology, Legal Services, Social Work, Nutrition, Physical Education, Physiotherapy, Financial Education, Pedagogy, and PET Advisory); * Extended Maternity/Paternity Leave; * Christmas Bonus and Toys for children up to 11 years old; * Free online language learning platform; * Discount partnerships with universities and other educational institutions. * Wellhub. #### **We Elevate...
