We are leaders in urban mobility in Brazil and seek professionals aligned with our values — those who foster an excellent work environment for colleagues and deliver exceptional service to customers. **Service Supervisor** ========================== #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the business unit by supervising the team to ensure adherence to company procedures — especially the Code of Conduct and Occupational Safety; * Ensure achievement of business unit targets by monitoring performance progress, aiming to meet budget definitions; * Participate in defining objectives for the business unit together with superiors to actively contribute to branch management; * Drive team competency development through formal or informal training tools, aiming to equip the team to fulfill responsibilities efficiently and effectively; * Maintain and grow the portfolio by planning and executing relationship-building visits with existing customers and prospecting new opportunities — aiming to build a balanced mix of profitable services within the customer portfolio; * Identify new modernization, repair, equipment recovery, and potential new business opportunities through customer interaction — aiming to collaborate with the commercial team and support proposal preparation, execution follow-up, and service completion; * Plan and control activities related to preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize resource utilization.
