Opportunity to provide support for Warehouse Advantage, Infios One (WM), and third-party software including: Windows operating system, SQL Server/Oracle, reporting and printing software. **Additional Job Description:** **Responsibilities** Respond to users via phone, e\-mail, or tickets opened in company tools Conduct in-depth analysis of incidents/issues to identify root cause and implement permanent solutions Consult technical documentation and alternative information sources, simulating/testing issues in the environment Prepare training curricula, instructional materials, and transfer knowledge to other team members Take ownership of or support management of service levels agreed upon with customers **Required Qualifications** 2\-3 years of experience in technical customer support Bachelor's degree completed or currently enrolled from the 3rd semester onward in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Intermediate database knowledge Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask Ability to prioritize tasks and self\-manage Intermediate programming logic knowledge (ability to interpret developed code) **Preferred Qualifications** English and/or Spanish.
