We are seeking an Intern to support the team’s operations by monitoring tickets, interacting with customers, managing documentation, and completing checklists. This opportunity is ideal for students seeking to gain practical experience in a technical\-operational corporate environment.
**Responsibilities**
--------------------
* Monitor the ticket queue and route requests to the responsible teams.
* Interact with customers for updates, clarifications, and necessary alignments.
* Organize, manage, and update technical and administrative documentation.
* Complete operational checklists according to internal procedures.
* Record and maintain up\-to\-date information in internal systems.
* Support the team in activities aligned with the intern’s development.
**Qualifications**
------------------
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with **at least 18 months remaining until graduation**.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Knowledge of IT and technology.
* Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
* Proactivity, learning ability, and collaboration.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured manner.
