Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring vehicle compliance, monitoring preparation, maneuvering, and organizing inventory and showroom vehicles, with a focus on effective communication and proactivity. Proactivity and organization in the workplace. **Mission:** Ensure that vehicles comply with manufacturer and Grand Brasil requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor the entire vehicle preparation routine, including: * Vehicle preparation; * Maneuvering vehicles between yards and the dealership; * Receiving new vehicles; * Yard/inventory organization; * Showroom vehicle organization. **Hard Skills** * Experience in this role; * Prior experience in automotive dealerships is preferred. **Soft Skills** * Assertive communication and active listening; * Enjoy driving; * Proactivity and organization; * Good interpersonal relationships. **Requirements** * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * High school diploma. **About the Position** * Salary: Fixed * Work schedule: Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * 1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch * Meal Allowance: R$ 15.00 per day (Company cafeteria available; employees may bring meals from home) * Medical and Dental Assistance (monthly fees paid by the employee) * Gym membership agreement \- Via Wellhub * University partnership agreements * SESC partnership agreement Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) Driver's License: B
