**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Responsible for prospecting and managing medium and large accounts, achieving volume, pricing, revenue, and margin targets for customers within their region; responsible for defining and organizing cross-functional teams to develop value propositions for customers identified in coordination with their manager, and ensuring their effective participation in building the unit’s strategic projects by contributing market/customer-specific insights. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Develop annual sales forecasts for management’s annual planning using market analysis. * Ensure achievement of or exceedance of targets set in forecasts to meet monthly forecast reviews aligned with management, using market analysis. * Prepare visit and expense reports for budget control in coordination with management, using internal Excel and SAP systems. * Identify new customers or new business opportunities among existing customers to surpass targets agreed upon with management. * Define and organize cross-functional teams to jointly develop value propositions with management, using market analysis and scheduling meetings. * Ensure communication between the company and the market/customer to reinforce Smurfit Westrock’s purpose in the market through visits and contacts. * Attend monthly in-person meetings or conference calls to align targets with management.
