Imagine yourself spearheading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **responsible for:** * Identifying growth opportunities and deeply analyzing root causes of issues related to goods receipt and pickup across Mercado Livre operations, translating identified opportunities and bottlenecks into clear, actionable items—with a focus on scalable, long-term solutions. * Leading technical analyses and solution proposals for mapped opportunities, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data gathered from internal sources and market research. * Managing the full lifecycle of strategic projects autonomously, ensuring execution across all stages—from initial diagnosis through final delivery and implementation. * Driving engagement with key stakeholders and peer areas to gather information and data, communicate, develop, and validate proposed solutions and projects—facilitating multidisciplinary working sessions. * Monitoring outcomes of implemented initiatives, establishing success metrics, and reporting results internally to peer areas. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Exact Sciences, or related fields. * Experience in consulting or in implementation projects, change management, transformation, or PMO. * Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
