We are seeking a Junior Billing Analyst (Valinhos \- 2nd Shift). This is a second-shift position (14:25 to 23:42\) in an on-site work model.

**Job Summary**
The Junior Billing Analyst is responsible for executing and overseeing billing activities, ensuring accurate issuance of invoices for goods and services in compliance with applicable legislation, internal policies, and established deadlines.
They operate analytically and proactively in managing billing processes, guaranteeing accuracy, fulfillment of tax obligations, and operational efficiency. They are responsible for identifying and resolving operational deviations, supporting continuous process improvement, and mitigating tax and financial risks.
They monitor billing workflows, validating fiscal and commercial information to ensure operational quality and adherence to defined SLAs. They interface with partner departments (Tax, Sales, Logistics, Dispatch, Customer Service, IT), contributing to end-to-end process efficiency.
Additionally, they support leadership with analyses, KPIs, and performance monitoring, contributing to decision-making and process evolution.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Execute the billing process (issuance of product and service invoices), ensuring compliance with current tax legislation and internal policies.
* Validate fiscal, commercial, and operational information prior to invoice issuance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Monitor billing deadlines and SLAs, ensuring schedule adherence and avoiding financial impact.
* Identify, analyze, and correct inconsistencies or deviations in the billing process.
* Prevent and mitigate tax and financial risks related to fiscal document issuance.
* Support internal departments (Tax, Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, IT) in resolving billing-related matters.
* Monitor and resolve invoice rejections, ensuring timely regularization.
* Ensure correct application of tax rules (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS, etc.) according to transaction type.
* Participate in process improvements (BPI/Lean), aiming for gains in efficiency, quality, and automation.

**Qualifications:**

**Education**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
**Years of experience in the field**
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Billing or Tax processes
**Technical knowledge**
1\. General knowledge of State, Federal, and Municipal legislation
2\. Computer skills: Intermediate Excel user and ORACLE system (a plus)
3\. Knowledge of deadlines and procedures for invoice cancellations and verification of critical invoice data
4\. English: Basic/Intermediate
