If you identify with these values and wish to join a dynamic team that loves challenges, we have an opportunity for you as a **Junior Maintenance Planning and Control Technician**. **This role requires you to perform the following activities:** * Develop, monitor, and analyze maintenance indicators (KPIs) by creating and implementing managerial reports in POWER BI; * Draft and review operational procedures, identifying technical improvement opportunities, process optimization, and cost reduction in maintenance activities and within the IBM MAXIMO asset management system; * Support analytical reporting and managerial presentations to aid decision-making and track operational performance; * Conduct training sessions and provide support to users of data management and monitoring tools; * Participate in continuous improvement studies, process automation initiatives, and enhancements to maintenance control and management tools, aiming for greater operational efficiency and compliance with audits and regulatory bodies; * Issue and track Influence Notices (IN) and Activity Notifications (AN); **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Completed Technical High School education; * Intermediate proficiency in Power BI; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills; * **GATE** attitudes: **G**rit and Determination, **A**utodevelopment, **T**eamwork, and **E**mphasis on Ownership. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience with IBM’s asset management system – MAXIMO. **Beyond this professional challenge, our opportunity includes a differentiated benefits package.
