Job Summary: The SELS Group is seeking a Junior Infrastructure and Network Analyst to provide technical support, administer networks, monitor systems, and manage user accounts. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities * Provide technical support to users; * Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and printers; * Assist in administering local networks, internet, and Wi\-Fi; * Monitor the operation of servers, switches, routers, and network equipment; * Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and corporate e\-mails; * Perform backup and data recovery routines; * Identify and resolve infrastructure and connectivity issues; * Maintain an updated inventory of equipment and software licenses. Education Requirements Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in: * Computer Science; * Computer Engineering; * Information Technology; * Or related fields. Requirements * Windows and Windows Server operating systems; * TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Firewall networking concepts; * Configuration of routers, switches, and access points; * Microsoft 365 suite; * Active Directory and user management; * Backup and information security tools; * Basic knowledge of virtualization.
