Responsibilities: * Perform onboarding, vacation, termination, and payroll routines; * Support submission of ancillary obligations and eSocial filings; * Verify documentation and data entries; * Assist clients by clarifying questions related to HR department routines; * Ensure organization and timely compliance with deadlines; * Support the team with operational tasks within the department; * Contribute to delivering efficient and consultative client service experiences. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Human Resources Department routines; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Proficiency with technology and systems. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in an accounting firm; * Knowledge of eSocial and labor legislation; * Experience with payroll systems.
