IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance **Requirements** * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; * Experience in IT infrastructure administration (Microsoft servers, authentication, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP); * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS, Skyone, or similar); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Completed bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support and assistance via GLPI to group companies; * Monitor and manage email accounts and services through Skymail and Microsoft Admin Center; * Configure, prepare, and perform maintenance on notebooks for employees; * Create and manage users in MS 365, Active Directory (AD), emails, Intranet, EPM, and Passbolt; * Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure, guaranteeing system availability and performance (e.g., Zabbix); * Perform printer installation, configuration, and support; * Support and participate in IT projects and other related activities; Compensation: R$2.796,45 - R$6.998,87 per month Work Location: On-site
