Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with guidelines and delivery quality.

**Position Objective:**
Plan, monitor, and control engineering and infrastructure projects across the university campus, ensuring alignment with institutional strategic guidelines, timely execution, budget predictability, interdisciplinary integration, and delivery quality throughout the project lifecycle.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Develop and maintain up-to-date physical\-financial project schedules, considering interfaces among conceptual design, executive design, procurement, and construction phases;
* Systematically track project progress, identifying deviations in schedule, cost, scope, and quality, and proposing corrective actions and risk mitigation measures;
* Consolidate and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), management reports, and monitoring dashboards to support governance and strategic decision-making;
* Ensure alignment between the Master Plan, institutional strategic planning, and operational demands from user departments;
* Engage technically with designers, consultants, suppliers, engineering and architecture teams, procurement, operations, and institutional stakeholders;
* Support procurement planning, technical acquisitions, and project documentation organization, ensuring traceability and procedural compliance;
* Contribute to standardizing methodologies, processes, workflows, and tools for engineering and infrastructure project planning and management;
* Participate in technical analysis of scopes, feasibility studies, preliminary estimates, and executive project planning;
* Support risk management, change controls, and technical and operational impact analyses throughout projects.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Project Management, or related fields;
* Proven experience in project planning, monitoring, or management;
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices (e.g., PMBOK, Lean Construction, or similar);
* Experience with planning and control tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalents);
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering documentation;
* Knowledge of physical\-financial control, schedule analysis, and risk management.

**Salary:** Our salary proposal is determined based on multiple factors. If a specific value has been set for this position, it will be communicated during the selection process.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:24 PM
