Job Summary: Relationship Consultant to strengthen and expand the customer portfolio, building and maintaining solid relationships with corporate partners. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of commercial initiatives and administration of conflicts. We are seeking a Relationship Consultant to strengthen and expand our Nossa Saúde customer portfolio! The professional will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. ✅ Responsibilities: * Strategically, commercially, and analytically manage the corporate client portfolio (starting from 30 lives). * Maintain client relationships, lead negotiations regarding adjustments, retention, profitability, and claims ratio control. * Promote commercial initiatives to increase the number of lives covered and manage administrative, commercial, and assistance-related conflicts. * Analyze healthcare indicators, identify risks, propose preventive health actions, and manage the financial aspects of contracts, exercising autonomy and accountability for results. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. ✅ Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration. * In-depth knowledge of ANS regulations and the Consumer Protection Code is mandatory. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer relationship activities, preferably within supplementary health operators or healthcare service providers. * Familiarity with the Solus system: Central, Structural, and Consultation modules, as well as WEB Prestador. * Knowledge of BI tools and Excel. Basic understanding of health plan products (coverage guarantees, scope, and accredited network) and rules governing closed contracts with companies, as well as documentation for registration changes.
