Goal-oriented mindset and results focus **Job Mission:** Train and promote the development of the distributor team, conducting continuous in-person and remote follow-up to ensure and encourage achievement of results. **In this position, your main responsibilities are:** * Acquire and retain distributors; * Conduct ongoing visits to registered distributors; * Contact distributors; * Implement cycle-based activities with distributors; * Support achievement of cycle goals; * Ensure good relationship with Distributors. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education; * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in sales supervision with focus on customer portfolio maintenance and updating; * Creativity to develop sales campaign activities; * Goal-oriented mindset and results focus. * Experience managing performance indicators.
