If you are an organized individual who enjoys teamwork, pays close attention to detail, and acts ethically and responsibly, this opportunity may be ideal for you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop hydraulic and sanitary installation projects (cold water, hot water, sewage, and stormwater), covering preliminary studies, conceptual design, legal compliance design, and construction design phases, using CAD and BIM models. * Interpret technical guidelines, sketches, preliminary studies, architectural designs, and designs from other disciplines, transforming such information into technically coordinated solutions. * Prepare floor plans, sections, construction details, isometric schematics, and three-dimensional models of hydraulic and sanitary systems, adhering to technical standards, design criteria, and industry best practices. * Develop and consolidate routing layouts for hydraulic and sanitary systems, ensuring functionality, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance. * Perform BIM modeling of hydraulic and sanitary systems, conforming to internal standards, parameters, families, levels of detail, and model information consistency. * Extract views, drawings, and technical information from the BIM environment to support project development and documentation. * Participate in the coordination of hydraulic and sanitary projects with other disciplines (architecture, structural, electrical, fire protection, etc.), supporting interference identification and proposing adjustments under technical guidance. * Organize, control, and manage file, model, and drawing versions, ensuring graphical standardization, revision traceability, and information consistency throughout project development. * Support technical verification of projects by checking symbols, legends, scales, annotations, layout criteria, slopes, pipe diameters, and other technical parameters. * Assist in quantity take-offs, organizing technical information for budgeting, and preparing technical documentation for internal reviews, clients, and legal approval processes, as required. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical qualification in Building Construction or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, completed or currently in progress. * Basic knowledge of building hydraulic and sanitary engineering projects. * Knowledge of technical drawing and reading of engineering drawings. * Proficiency in CAD drafting tools. * Knowledge of project coordination. * Familiarity with hydraulic and sanitary engineering technical standards. * Proficiency in software such as Revit and QiBuilder. * Must reside in Belo Horizonte or its metropolitan area for on-site work.
