Lead recruitment and selection processes for internal and/or external professionals; Monitor and provide HR metrics (KPIs) to support management; Monitor and promote mitigation actions related to training metrics. Be proactive in the development, planning, and implementation of employee engagement programs. Willingness to assume other HR-related activities inherent to the role.
