Open work orders for corrective and preventive maintenance; 6\. Analyze indicators and justify losses; 7\. Justify equipment impacts; 8\. Direct the team to conduct periodic medical examinations as requested by HR; 9\. Conduct safety inspections using available tools from the Client and JSL; 10\. Issue labels for building maintenance points; 11\. Submit service requests to resolve WMS system issues; 12\. Size the team for cyclic and annual inventory activities; 13\. Control work tools (data collectors); 14\. Present ARTs (Technical Responsibility Statements) to new employees; 15\. Ensure scheduled inspections (temperature, fire extinguishers, glass, hydrants); 16\. Monitor and develop the assistant team; 17\. Ensure discrepancy entries are recorded in the Employee Portal; 18\. Ensure compliance with the Client’s and JSL’s quality and safety standards and procedures; 19\. Maintain warehouse organization according to established standards (5S); 20\. Conduct people cycle evaluations; 21\. Conduct culture plan evaluations; 22\. Ensure equipment batteries are fully charged; 23\. Direct CIPA and emergency brigade members to meetings; 24\. Schedule operational team vacations; 25\. Participate in safety incident investigations; 26\. Participate in strategic meetings.
