Or refer someone you know who excels in this area **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Develop and maintain job and salary structures by conducting market analyses and salary benchmarking. * Update and review job descriptions to ensure alignment with actual duties performed and business needs. * Analyze and review compensation and benefits policies, proposing improvements and adjusting as necessary to ensure competitiveness. * Participate in the development and implementation of incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, and other variable compensation components. * Manage the job evaluation process, ensuring internal consistency and equity. * Design and conduct the company’s performance evaluation process. * Provide support to managers and the Human Resources team on compensation-related matters, clarifying doubts and offering guidance. * Prepare reports and analyses on compensation structure, presenting data and recommendations to senior management. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations related to compensation. * Collaborate with other HR areas to integrate compensation policies with broader people management processes and programs. * Develop, monitor, and update HR performance indicators. * Manage and administer benefits and policies, including administration and control of corporate benefits, contract management and vendor relations, budgetary control and cost analysis, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to collective bargaining agreements. * Draft, review, and update internal benefits policies, while supporting the development and enhancement of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP). * Perform other HR-related activities as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Experience in compensation, with in-depth knowledge of job and salary structuring, benefits, and compensation policies; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with HR management systems; * Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, salary surveys, and labor and tax legislation applicable to compensation. **Additional Information** **Check out the benefits you’ll enjoy as a Gazeter:** Unimed health insurance plan; Unimed dental insurance plan; Transportation allowance; Subscription to A Gazeta website + Clube A Gazeta, offering exclusive advantages with various partners; One paid day off to celebrate your birthday; On-site massage therapy with biweekly sessions; Skeelo: an online reading platform offering e-books and audiobooks; Tuition assistance for employees, per company policy; Childcare allowance (for children up to 4 years old); Wellhub: (formerly Gympass!)
