Job Summary: Responsible for stock replenishment, restocking, and product organization, ensuring quality, presentation, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining sector organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment maintenance. About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stock replenishment, restocking, and product organization on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; correct pricing; adherence to procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and enhancing integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the Grocery Department’s sales targets by replenishing, restocking, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; applying correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and enhancing integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality assurance and loss reduction through appropriate storage on shelves, islands, checkout stands, and in the warehouse; sector organization, sanitation, and cleaning; expiration date verification according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principle; and adherence to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety regulations, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (short-dated items), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Ensure and maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
