Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product stocking, restocking, and organization in the FLV department, guaranteeing integrity, quality, and optimal presentation of the product mix. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, restocking, and organizing products on FLV department shelves and islands; correct pricing; adherence to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and promoting integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving FLV department sales targets by stocking, restocking, and organizing products on shelves and islands; applying correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and promoting integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through proper storage on shelves and islands, in warehouses and cold chambers; organization; cleaning and sanitation of the department; checking expiration dates according to the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out); and compliance with procedures, hygiene, quality, safety standards, and pre\-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and retrieval of expired products, as well as products with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures, and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
