Job Summary: The professional will assist in butcher section activities, ensuring product organization and quality, as well as serving and selling to customers. Key Highlights: 1. With multifamily management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in activities including separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as serving and selling to customers by offering products and clarifying doubts in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display, as well as providing personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives, prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Assist in separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following schedules, protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and goals, as well as placing trimmings, fat, and tallow into the designated collector box for sale to bone-processing factories; Contribute to efficient customer service through continuous replenishment of product display counters and accurate pricing, following pre-established rules and standards; Help reduce spoilage and discrepancies by regularly auditing inventory and handling and storing meat appropriately; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, while maintaining a clean workspace in optimal working condition, adhering to hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Support stocktaking, controls, and inventories by assisting in product counting; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates daily, removing damaged, expired, or unmarked products; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items when required; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment calibration and maintenance as needed; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** (Address)(https://www.google.com/search?sca\_esv\=8973cab98d98f2bf\&rlz\=1C1GCEA\_enBR1167BR1167\&sxsrf\=ANbL\-n5I31Iy1qbD8XKVmF0II4qSv6gzbw: 1777379644994\&q\=rede\+top\+tapaj%C3%B3s\+endere%C3%A7o\&ludocid\=2024898941502004114\&sa\=X\&ved\=2ahUKEwjdxvuSx5CUAxXeO7kGHQhiG28Q6BN6BAg9EAI): Rua Marechal Deodoro da Fonseca, 1090 \- Tapajós, Indaial \- SC, 89130\-000 **Working Hours:** 12:20 PM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 9:40 PM\. **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Shopping Benefits at Stores Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
