JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, keeping items organized and well-presented, and packaging them according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as serving and selling to customers—offering products, clarifying doubts—in accordance with rules, the good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and set targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display, provide personalized counter service to customers, and, when necessary, advise on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing diverse products (related to the bakery’s product mix) by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, the good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking product display counters and applying correct pricing per pre-established rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and customer relationship building; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices, performing daily checks, and removing products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Ensure department, equipment, and utensil organization and cleanliness by maintaining daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Process customer payments at the bakery checkout when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health card **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** Rua Bonifácio Haendchen, 1120 \- Belchior Central, Gaspar \- SC, 89110\-000 **Working hours:** 12:50–15:00, 16:10–21:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
