




Job Summary: This position involves assisting in the preparation of bakery products, customer service, product organization, and department maintenance, adhering to quality and hygiene standards. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and visually appealing, and packaging them according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols; additionally, provide customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with company rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and defined targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers, including guidance on product types and derivatives when necessary, as well as preparing, packaging, weighing, and delivering products to customers; Assist in producing various products (related to the bakery’s product mix), including baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, company rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking display counters and applying correct pricing in line with predefined rules and standards; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and effective customer engagement; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and producing quantities as scheduled, following production protocols and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing, performing daily checks and removing damaged, expired, or unlabeled products; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts, controls, and stocktaking activities; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when needed; Process customer payments at the bakery checkout when required; Support the integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Rua Bonifácio Haendchen, 1120 \- Belchior Central, Gaspar \- SC, 89110\-000 **Working Hours:** 12:50–15:00, 16:10–21:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Retail Store Purchase Benefits Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
