With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as serving and selling to customers—offering products, clarifying inquiries—in compliance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and defined goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver items to customers; Support the production of various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and defined goals; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking product display counters and ensuring correct pricing in accordance with pre-established rules and standards; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Help reduce losses by correctly arranging displays per FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities according to schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing, performing daily checks, and removing items with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Ensure departmental organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—by maintaining daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support the integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Rua Bonifácio Haendchen, 1120 \- Belchior Central, Gaspar \- SC, 89110\-000 **Working Hours:** 12:50–15:00, 16:10–21:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Discount Program (Group Stores) Life Insurance * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)
