With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for verifying, investigating, controlling, and preventing losses by implementing preventive, proactive, and/or corrective practices and procedures, as well as identifying ways to improve processes used across various company departments for handling and preserving products, applying strategies aimed at reducing breakage and deviation rates. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure loss prevention actions at the FLV Distribution Center by implementing preventive and/or corrective practices and procedures; guide employees across various departments on the correct methods for handling and preserving products, adhering to pre\-established rules and standards; Develop, implement, and monitor product exchange, breakage, and resource waste metrics, and propose actions to reduce them; Conduct audits in the picking and shipping departments and populate control spreadsheets with relevant information; Perform daily inventories, adjust balance discrepancies, identify causes of balance errors, record results in appropriate spreadsheets, and generate required reports; Participate periodically in inventories and ensure data accuracy; Assist billing operations in receiving processes and invoice issuance whenever necessary; Monitor and oversee operational processes across departments, checking cleanliness, organization, proper use of materials, and work procedures; Analyze and respond to police reports (BOs), guiding stores on this process whenever necessary; Provide training and guidance to the team whenever necessary; Ensure proper use and maintain organization of the workplace and equipment; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements Prior experience in the field **Desired academic background:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields) **Specific knowledge:** Storage and auditing techniques; tax legislation and cost analysis; basic understanding of retail operations and products sold; **Computer skills:** Microsoft Office – intermediate level **Additional information:** Fully on-site position **Work location:** Rua Bonifácio Haendchen, 1120 \- Belchior Central, Gaspar \- SC, 89110\-000 **Working hours:** 05:30–10:00, 11:00–14:30, Saturdays only (4 hours) **Benefits:** Health insurance Dental insurance Pharmacy benefits Shopping discounts at group stores Life insurance * Position available for candidates with disabilities (PCD)
