Focus on continuous process improvement * **Inventory and Warehousing Management:** Inventory control, goods receipt, and dispatch. * **Transportation Planning:** Cargo tracking, scheduling of pickups and deliveries, and negotiation with carriers. * **KPI Analysis:** Monitoring of accuracy, delivery time (lead time), and costs. * **Process Improvement:** Identification of bottlenecks and implementation of solutions (e.g., production control, route optimization).
