Responsibilities:
* People Management: Train, guide, motivate, and evaluate team performance, delivering feedback, warnings, or suspensions as necessary.
* Recruitment and Selection: Participate in hiring and termination processes, including interviews, onboarding, and contract terminations.
* Operational Supervision: Monitor activities of all employees—including outsourced staff—to ensure organization, cleanliness, and asset maintenance.
* Work Schedule Control: Authorize overtime, time-off, and track hour banks, ensuring compliance with timekeeping records.
* Planning and Performance: Conduct meetings to analyze and improve individual and collective team performance, tracking sales goals and strategies.
* Process Administration: Analyze reports on vacations, advances, time-off, inventory, and cash register closings; issue service and courier reports.
* Customer Service: Resolve customer requests and disputes in collaboration with sales staff and operators, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with company standards.
* Institutional Representation: Represent the company before unions, official bodies, or judicial authorities when required.
* Market Monitoring and Audits: Track competitor activities, participate in audits and strategic meetings, and propose process improvements.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational, technological, and system performance, implementing solutions to optimize outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields;
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a manager, preferably in sales areas such as telecommunications or retail;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Flexible working hours;
- Results-oriented mindset and proactivity.
