Leadership development and employee training **About the Position** We are seeking professionals to supervise production on construction sites, guiding Autonomous Groups (AGs) to achieve targets for quality, productivity, and cost. This role involves monitoring field activities, ensuring adherence to procedures, operational safety, and reinforcing company culture. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with current procedures and project specifications; * Inspect work at each construction phase; * Guarantee technological control of units; * Monitor and ensure adherence to house construction schedules; * Monitor and control material consumption; * Conduct 5S and Safety patrols; * Train and guide Autonomous Group (AG) employees; * Develop masons’ leadership skills; * Handle FCA (Field Corrective Action) resolution; * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to direct reports; * Ensure layout compliance for major phases; * Maintain company-provided tools and equipment; * Support complementary activities such as technical assistance, project revitalization, and infrastructure services; * Promote and reinforce company culture. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Building Construction; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. **Preferred Qualifications** * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance; * Day off; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Education incentive; * Internal events; * Flexible maternity leave; * Support from the PIPA Institute.
