Focus on safety and employee development Position: Infrastructure Supervision in Garanhuns/PE Main Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with current procedures and projects; * Plan, monitor, and inspect all infrastructure services; * Monitor the execution of services performed by internal and outsourced teams; * Train internal and outsourced teams on operational activities; * Manage the training matrix for direct reports; * Conduct measurement of infrastructure services; * Allocate employees according to project needs; * Address deviations from performance indicators; * Accompany inspections conducted by Caixa, Compesa, CPRH, Municipal Government, and Neoenergia; * Request and monitor material deliveries; * Maintain company-provided tools and equipment; * Supervise the surveying team’s services; * Conduct 5S patrols; * Ensure employee safety in accordance with internal procedures; * Issue budgetary addenda when necessary; * Plan activities based on strategic planning; * Provide regular feedback to direct reports; * Manage budgets for service fronts under responsibility. Requirements: * Civil Engineering, from the 5th semester onward or completed. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in infrastructure.
