Monitor service execution and operational safety **About the position** We seek professionals to supervise infrastructure activities on construction sites, leading teams to achieve quality, productivity, and cost targets according to the established planning schedule. The role involves monitoring field service execution, ensuring compliance with procedures, operational safety, and strengthening company culture. **Main responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with current procedures and projects; * Plan, monitor, and inspect infrastructure services; * Monitor the execution of activities by in-house and third-party teams; * Train teams and manage the employee training matrix; * Conduct service measurements and monitor performance indicators; * Coordinate inspections by agencies such as Caixa, Compesa, CPRH, City Hall, and Neoenergia; * Request and monitor material deliveries; * Supervise surveying services and conduct 5S and safety patrols; * Plan activities, manage frontline service budgets, and provide feedback to team members. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Building Construction, Sanitation, or Roads; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. **Preferred Qualifications** * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance; * Day off; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Education incentive; * Internal events; * Flexible maternity leave; * Support from the PIPA Institute.
