Experience in customer service **Job Description** Contact drawees to ensure the validity of invoices and prevent improper document discounting. Ensure accuracy and integrity of the invoice portfolio, contributing to portfolio health and reducing risks associated with errors and fraud. **Responsibilities and Duties** Update drawee records and validate contacts; Notify drawees of title assignments; Confirm delivery of goods and/or provision of services with customers via phone calls to release credit limits in the system; Verify invoices and titles to be verified; Update information in the operational system; Provide the commercial team, through the system, updated data regarding assignors for monitoring and resolution of potential anomalies; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Experience in customer service as a telemarketing operator. Basic Microsoft Office package.
