Job Summary: The Visitor Services Agent at Instituto Inhotim is responsible for supporting visitors, ensuring an accessible, inclusive, and safe experience, and contributing to the preservation of the collection. Preserving the artistic and botanical collections Recognized as Latin America’s largest open-air museum, Instituto Inhotim — Botanical Garden and Museum of Contemporary Art — is seeking individuals to join its team as **Visitor Services Agents**. Located in Brumadinho (MG) since 2006, Inhotim is a nonprofit organization sustained by ticket revenue, event hosting, and donations from individuals and legal entities — either direct or via Federal and State Cultural Incentive Laws. Its landscapes across 140 hectares of visitable area offer visitors a unique experience blending art and nature. Over 500 people collaborate daily to keep this entire structure operational. Join our team too! **Responsibilities and Duties** **This person will be responsible for:** * Providing public service, offering support across all internal transportation services, sharing technical and conceptual information, ensuring compliance with visitation rules and procedures, and guaranteeing an accessible, inclusive, and safe experience for all visitors; * Organizing queues and managing visitor flow at boarding and disembarking points; * Welcoming and receiving visitors at designated locations; * Preserving equipment, the artistic and botanical collections, ensuring adherence to visitation rules, and assisting in space monitoring; * Cleaning and maintaining electric vehicles, ensuring they meet standards established by leadership; * Recording and generating operational data, such as completing daily visitation reports and vehicle usage check\-lists; * Actively participating in training sessions and capacity-building programs offered by the institution; * Studying and mastering exhibition-related materials and content provided by immediate management; * Disseminating information about museum programming, including opening hours and events; * Performing other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Prior experience in public service is desirable; * Excellent interpersonal skills; * Strong oral communication skills. **Additional Information** **About the Position:** * CLT employment regime; * Health insurance, dental insurance, transportation allowance, meal voucher, food card, culture voucher, life insurance; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays**.** #### **Inhotim** Inhotim is a contemporary art museum and botanical garden located in Brumadinho (MG) since 2006\.
