Alvares Cabral, No. 1830 \- Santo Agostinho \- Belo Horizonte **(On-site)** * **Working Hours** We have openings in two shifts: **3 positions: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday;** **2 positions: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.** **Benefits:** Symbolic Food Basket**: R$80.00 per month Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher Life Insurance Unimed Health Plan Gyampss – Wellhub Day Off Partnership with Open English Scholarships of up to 40% for undergraduate programs at Faminas **We do not deduct benefits (Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher, Food Voucher) from the payroll** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct internal telephone sales, presenting and selling digital accounts and payment solutions (card machines); * Prospect new customers and develop business opportunities, expanding the customer base; * Serve and manage existing customers, strengthening relationships and identifying new sales opportunities; * Record and track negotiations via CRM; * Focus on targets, performance indicators, and commercial results. **Requirements:** ----------------- ✅ **Requirements** * Experience in internal sales, call centers, or B2B commercial areas * Prior experience in acquiring services, payment methods, or financial products is a plus * Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and commercial mindset * Proficiency in using CRM systems and tools * Proactivity and results orientation We seek dynamic individuals with energy to sell and who enjoy commercial challenges.
