Ensure compliance with food safety legislation and standards. Join the BOLD Snacks team as a Research and Development Analyst! In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Conduct pilot and industrial tests, monitoring process parameters (mixing, extrusion, lamination, cutting, and coating). * Evaluate and select raw materials, as well as participate in sensory analyses. * Develop technical specifications, product specifications, and technical development reports. * Assess physical-chemical, microbiological, and sensory stability of products. * Perform shelf-life testing and monitor shelf-life studies. * Support pilot batch execution and oversee industrial-scale testing. * Record and analyze test results, maintaining up-to-date technical specifications and reports. * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and internal food safety standards. Requirements: For this position, we seek a candidate with: * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering. * Knowledge of technical standards and food regulations. * Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile. * Availability to work on-site in Divinópolis/MG. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
